CATS Career Portals across all of ours sites are getting some nice traffic. We have been optimizing and cleaning up things to improve the visibility of the jobs posted on your website's careers pages.

Here's a quick look at unique visitors (candidates) across all of our customer job postings. We are averaging about 10,000 unique candidates per day.

Couple of observations:

1. Candidates seem more enthusiastic about looking for a new gig at the start of the week. It tapers down smoothly to about 50% down by the time its Friday!

2. There's some (about 40%) of the peak on Monday job search activity over the weekend.

Note, these are warm bodies and do not include bots, spiders, search engine traffic etc. These numbers mean real warm bodies.
