We can downgrade your account to the free version, as long as you meet the limitations of the free version (e.g. < 100MB of attachments, 5 active job orders, etc.) If your storage space is exceeds the 100MB, then you would have to remove attachments until you reached that limit. Upon downgrading to the free version, you will lose all of the professional features, (including email blasts, resume inbox, etc.) We can upgrade your account again at any time and restore the status of your job orders if they were closed upon downgrading.
