I am new to CATS and searching the forum topics is a bit inefficient for me. Is there an actual user manual anywhere? |

Tonia,
We used to maintain a user manual, but over time we found that it became outdated and difficult to keep current with our ever-changing feature set.
I would recommend watching our training videos, which will be how we offer our basic training going forward. They focus on the core features/areas of CATS. I would also be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have if you still need anything cleared up.

Tony,
If you are happy to answer any additional questions how does one contact you? |

Shawn,
For support issues, please use the forum/community. For data-sensitive issues, please use the Contact Form. |

Tony,
So outside of the use manual (dated) and videos (not very helpful) I need to learn from posting a question(s)on this forum / community? |

Shawn,
Yes. We have not promoted a user manual for some time and many users find our training videos very helpful when learning the basics of CATS.
Also, much content has been covered on the forum which makes it a great place to look for answers to questions you may have. Use the search feature on the top right of the site.
We will also be posting more videos shortly. |

Tony,
Thank you for your replies.
So no real help for the novice and clueless? Searching topics has not helped me bridge the unknown to the know how to use CATS with any daily meaning. |

Shawn,
Just post unique topics asking specific questions and they'll get answered. |

Tony,
Any workshops, customer service rep, implementation rep to assist me understand your system better? |

Paul - This is a great idea which I over looked. And while we are at it lets ban and burn all text and learning manuals seeing "nobody" will read them.

I think a WIKI would be a much better place for support / user manual than a forum... |
