
Add your company header and logo to Word documents with one click.
The CATS Word Plug-in can store your company header/logo and provides you with the option to add it to any document's header area. We also give you the ability to edit the header/logo file that you saved in the event that you want to make changes.
Edit existing documents (.doc/.docx) and save them directly back to CATS.
The CATS Word Plug-in gives you the ability to edit any document in CATS and save changes back to the candidate or contact record. After installing, when viewing a record (such as a candidate or contact), click "Edit in Word". Click "Edit in Word" and select the "Open" option on the box that pops up. After you've made changes, click the "Save to CATS" button above your document.
Add resumes in Word to CATS as new candidates.
Add a resume directly to CATS from the Word Plug-in. When viewing a resume, select the CATS Plugin drop-down menu and select "Add New Candidate to CATS". If the candidate does not exist, CATS will parse the resume and add a new candidate record. If CATS finds a duplicate match, it will append the resume to the existing candidate's profile.

- Log into CATS
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click on Downloads (in the blue bar).
- Click on Download and Installation Instructions in the Microsoft Word Plug-in section.
