CATS Drupal Plugin

Drupal is a Content Management System (CMS) used to power thousands of websites. The CATS Drupal module adds CATS to your Drupal site and allows visitors to register, apply, update their resume, search open positions and more.

How do I install the module?

  1. Download it by clicking "Download" above.
  2. Upload the ZIP file to your web server and extract the contents into your Drupal installation's sites/all/modules directory. This is the only step that requires some technical knowledge.
  3. Make sure the files are owned and writable by your web server user.
  4. Activate the module through Administer -> Site Building -> Modules.
  5. Setup the location of the blocks in Administer -> Site Building -> Blocks.
  6. Complete the setup in Administer -> Site Configuration -> CATS Module Configuration.

What does the CATS Drupal module do?

In a nutshell:

  • It adds a Jobs page which lists all of your public jobs.
  • Visitors can sort and search your jobs.
  • Visitors can click on a job to view a detailed description where they can apply or send the job to a friend.
  • Visitors can register and add themselves to your database.
  • Once registered, they can login to view jobs they've recently applied to, view their profile and view and update their most recent resume.
  • When visitors apply, they complete your CATS job applications where you can setup the questions to ask and perform actions based on their responses.It integrates seamlessly with your CATS account using the API. Email notifications are sent out when candidates apply and they're added to your database instantaneously.
  • Sidebar widgets list most recently viewed and "top" jobs.
