Phone Number Formatting

Due to our ever-expanding country base, we have decided to revamp how users can choose to format the phone numbers stored in their site.

Effective immediately, you can now choose from No Formatting, United States, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Denmark, El Salvador, France, Honduras, India, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kindom. To change your settings, navigate to the Settings -> Administration -> Localization location within CATS and choose the appropriate number formatting for your site.

Recent items display

By clicking the "Recent" link next to the global search box in CATS will bring a few changes:

1) Site administrators can now see what their users' recent activities were.
2) "Normal" users can click this link and get a longer range of history than the currently viewable 3-4 records.

Improvements to Mass Import

Mass importing resumes will now assign ownership to the person performing the import. In addition, a static list will be generated for each import under the Lists tab.

Phone Number Formatting:

Great idea guys! Under the selection, phone number display, could we see what the format looks like before assigning it to the whole database?

My Recent History feature has been acting squirrelly lately. After I log out and then back into CATS, often the history is gone, even when I click the Recent link.

I second the request for a longer Recent History listing either on 2 lines or in a dropdown menu or similar. Thanks,

Chris Perez

Christopher,

I've tested the recent feature by logging in/out repeatedly but each time I log back in the recent items are saved. These would only be cleared by a restart of our caching system, which would be possible. It isn't something you should see too often.
