Yeah, if it's easier you can just copy and paste what's on your plugins page.
The problem is this. The plugin works on a stock install of WordPress (http://wordpress.catsbeta.com) without any problems. Therefore, when bugs crop up on field installs it's always because of 1 or 2 reasons:
1) Server differences (such as different versions of PHP, web server, etc.).
or 2) Because of a plugin that interferes or inhibits our plugins ability to function.
Most of the time when there's a problem, it's #2. From a support perspective, there's almost nothing I can determine from just looking at your website, since everything is hosted and managed by you. The only way I can help at all is by getting information, such as a list of plugins (so I can install them myself and look for conflicts) and version numbers of what you're running.
With the self-run plugins like our CMS tools, I can really only fix any bugs that crop up from #1 above or recommend removing plugins that break them. Beyond that, it's mostly DIY and there can be some work getting them going with lots of plugins.
If you don't have a lot of time and you need something running with complete support, I recommend just using our standard hosted career portal and having it branded. With domain masking, we can even setup a sub-domain directly to your server. When installed this way, everything still appears to run off your website, and appears to the end user the same as a CMS plugin would. |
