Hi,

I am trying to add 15 candidates to a specific job order.

I went to Candidates->Home and find that I can select but not mass add to job orders or mass e-mail.

Not looking for spamming here but e-mailing 15 or 20 candidates at any given time should be red herring.

Marcell, after selecting the candidates you want to add to a job order pipeline, click the Mass Actions dropdown in the right hand corner of the data-grid (it's the drop down showing # results). From there you can mass add to a specific job pipeline or mass email.
