I have noticed the same, Tony. Some of my candidate resumes show the little magnifying glass on the summary page, but many that do have attachments do not show the magnifying glass so I can't just click the magnifying glass and peak at the resume.
As well, there doesn't seem to be a way to search the keywords that would be on resume's as attachments.
For example, if I were to search Peoplecode, in any of the search boxes under candidates, I get no results. But if I do Peoplesoft it will show some, as that is what one of their primary skills listed are. But it won't really go further than that.
Is there anything that can be done about the magnifying glass so that I can more quickly peak at them, is it an indexing thing? |
