Outlook toolbar doesn't seem to work with IMAP for business email hosted by Gmail apps

Hi - when I use the IMAP folder to send emails, it adds the email to the sender or "from" field, instead of the recipient.

When I manually add emails in my IMAP sent folder from the CATS outlook toolbar, the email address that displays is the email address from which I am sending, and I have to change it to add it to the correct account.

Any idea what the issue is here, and can I get this resolved?
